Our team, including Aqib Shoaib (Customer Service) and Chetan K Jain (Manufacturer), is dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality jewelry and a seamless shopping experience.

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  Zisma Jewellery reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a specific product at the stated price. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your payment information will be securely transmitted using encryption technology.
  Zisma Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within the USA: 3-10 business days, depending on the mail service. AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, and US territories: 4-6 weeks.
• No delivery to PO Boxes.
• International shipments: 2-6 weeks, customs clearance may cause delays.
• Duty and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Zisma Jewellery is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or weather events.
