Return & refund policy
At Zisma Jewellery, we want you to absolutely love your new pieces. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
What can be returned?
- Unworn and undamaged jewelry in its original packaging, with all tags attached. This includes boxes, pouches, and any certificates of authenticity. Items not engraved, custom designed, or altered in any way (these are considered final sale).
What can't be returned?
- Engraved jewelry: Due to the personalized nature, engraved pieces cannot be returned. Custom designed jewelry: Any piece designed specifically for you cannot be returned. Altered jewelry: Any jewelry resized, repaired, or modified outside of Zisma Jewellery cannot be returned.
How to return an item:
- Contact Us: Initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at zismagems@gmail.com or calling us at +91 90451 12444. Our friendly customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and answer any questions you may have.
- Pack Your Return Securely: Carefully place your unworn and undamaged jewelry in its original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, and any certificates of authenticity. Wrap the package securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Insure Your Package: For your protection, especially for items valued over $[Dollar amount you choose, e.g., 500], we highly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the contents.
- Clearly Mark Your Package: On the outside of your return package, write the Return Authorization Code (RAC) in a clear and prominent location. This helps us efficiently process your return upon arrival.

Return Processing:
- Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect it within 15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email notifying you of the return status (approved or rejected) and any next steps. If your return is approved, we will process your chosen option (refund or exchange) within 15 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:

You can choose a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
Please note that original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
For exchanges, any difference in price between the returned item and the new item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order free of charge within 1-3 days.
How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at zismagems@gmail.com or calling us at +91 90451 12444. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of cancelling your order before it ships.
What happens if my order has already shipped?
- Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return the order following our standard return policy (see our Return Policy for details).
